December 2011 ....

Hi Amanda,

I just wanted to send some feedback as I know how important it is. People are very quick to complain if things are not right but seldom take the time to give feedback about great service.

I was unsure about putting Leo in a cattery as he is such a people person and prefers to spend his day with people and " helping"as he see it. Luckily my neighbours (even the ones that don't like cats) tolerate the fact that he thinks everyone is there to play with him and every house is for his own comfort and use.

When I called to collect him,  he was his happy normal self and as soon as we got home he settled really quickly and got back into his normal routine. It's good to know that he was happy when he was staying with you and thanks for all your care and attention.

I would happily recommend you to anyone for the care and attention to detail you provide as well as the reassurance that whilst you are away, your pets are receiving the best care and cuddles. The customer service is always great and I appreciate the fact that you are always happy to answer any questions and are flexible about dropping off and collection times.

Wanted to say thank you for an a amazing Job with Pip. I hadn't visited before I bought her to stay and was wondering what it would be like and WOW . The rabbit  accommodation is amazing and pip took to it straight away and you're so friendly and actually care about the animals . I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know.  The toys and everything in the run as well as the spacious living accommodation for her - I know she had a brill time!!!

Thank you Again so Much will definitely be using you again without worrying after her next time :-)

 Happy New Year to all of our regular customers and thank you for your custom over the past year.  We are currently planning a small extension of 4 cat pens and subject to planning approval, will incorporate an outside space to allow your cat to bask in the sun when the weather permits.  The unit will also be fitted with underfloor electric heating to provide the very best comfort to our furry customers. We hope to open by the summer season and will keep you posted.

General feedback

Over the last few months as everyone will know, we have been experiencing some extremes of cold temperature.  A number of coustomers have given us really positive feedback on how warm our cattery is compared to some others.  In our opinion this is no less than anyone should expect from a cattery, especially if your baby is normally curled up in front of the fire.
